What could be seen as a predominantly white and clean space has been amped up with a marble feature wall, full height storage and custom timber piece that hangs from the ceiling, seemingly floating, creating a stylish yet functional feature piece, that doubles as additional storage and a handy breakfast bar. A floating ceiling has been fitted to allow for graphic feature lighting - a wow factor that adds luxury to an otherwise unassuming space.

3) Stirling Road, Design 4 Space - $32k

By ripping out the original tiled floors and replacing them with timber floorboards, Design 4 Space have created a warm and welcoming space that works seamlessly with it’s Scandi styling elements. The wall linking the living area and the kitchen has been knocked through, replaced with sliding glass doors that allow for designated living and kitchen spaces, while also utilising all available light - the patterned floor tiles are a nice personalised touch too.

4) Choa Chu Kang, Mons Werk - $36k

A dark and moody renovation with floor to ceiling bookshelves and convertible spaces. The walls to what would have once been a spare room have been knocked through and replaced with bi-folding doors, to allow light to stream in and also create a smart convertible space, that closes for privacy when needed and opens to create a large open plan area when not. A floating ceiling and custom lighting in the bedroom creates a focal point that helps to expand space.

5) Telok Blangah, Zenith Arc - $39k

Channelling a modern industrial aesthetic this home has opted for exposed cabling and industrial style pieces. One wall to the master has been knocked through and replaced with glass, the black frame in keeping with the home’s industrial touches while also maximizing space and light. Tiles have been replaced with floorboards, and an entirely new kitchen with stainless steel and black appliances, and classic subway tiles, finish this renovation off nicely.

6) Woodlands, Black N White Haus - $40k

With it’s half wall moulding and shaker style cabinetry you’d expect this home to channel a classic aesthetic, but paired with bright colour combinations, a quirky feature wall, geometric shapes and chrome accents, this home has a definite eclectic feel. The timber feature wall in the hallway doubles as smart storage, and an open section of wall in the kitchen brings in the light, allowing for a functional kitchen with an added setback dining area.

7) Petir Road, Zenith Arc - $40k

This home designed by Zenith Arc underwent a full renovation with timber look tiles throughout. The custom floating TV cabinet with warm back lighting creates a stunning focal point that emphasises the space and makes the room feel cozy and inviting. Built in wardrobes have been added in the master bedroom to add storage and a pocket door to the ensuite has been introduced to save space.



8) Balmoral Road, Black N White Haus - $40k

The gold highlighted, kaleidoscope patterned feature wall in the dining area is the main focal point of this home, the custom built TV console is accentuated by two shaded mirror panels that run the whole height of the room, reflecting the geometric pattern and continuing the gold theme. The kid's room has been playfully planned out with custom bunk beds and a designated activities corner, additional storage has been utilised in the base of the bunk bed, as well as lights under the top bunk as a smart, integrated night light that kids will love.
