We were just walking around at IMM, finding for an ID to renovate our house when we come across Poshliving. Jeraldine attended to us and willing to do her best in order to fit into our budget for the entire renovation. She wasn’t pushy and really accommodating to what we want. Jeraldine and Philip are very easygoing which make things easier for us to work together. They are also very responsive and reply to us very fast. I and my wife met Jeraldine earlier in April roughly about 1 month before we got out keys to our new 5-room BTO(back then we still didnt know when we getting our keys). We went through several quotations and the designs we wanted with her. She was very professional and very prompt in giving us ideas and the draft drawings came fast. Fast forward, we got our keys in May, and Philip came to join Jeraldine, helping us with defect checks prior to the start of renovations. We also went to choose tiles and all the bathroom and lighting items with them. From time to time we requested Jeraldine for timeline progress of renovations and she too was able to provide us. Renovations started from the bathrooms masonry to electrical works, followed by the false ceilings, plumbing works, paint works, carpentry, and lastly lighting works. Throughout every work, we dropped by to check on the progress and whenever there were any issues, we raised up to Jeraldine and she was able to get the rectifications done promptly. From May to August we have given our trust to Jeraldine and her team to work on our new house and we finally took over from them. We are satisfied with the service and professionalism that she gave us to assure that we are happy with the outcome of the renovations. We recently engaged Jeraldine Toh of Posh Living with our 5-room flat renovation at Tampines. It has been a great working experience with Jeraldine. She was actively listening to all our ideas and gave her insights and useful recommendations along the way considering the design as a whole coherent unit. We would like to thank Ms Cynthia Lee from IMM branch for her professional services rendered in designing our office space at Manhattan House. Being an architecture graduate, she was very creative, practical and talented in the office space interior design factoring flow of the air and space. We are truly amazed by the design. We faced a few challenges in the renovation. The unit was a 20 year old unit so there was alot of work to be done. We wanted to replace the weather beaten window but the MCST doesnt allow us to remove the frames. So Cynthia and her contractors carefully suggested to just replace the window panels. Under the instructions of our fengshui master, our main glass door has to be tilted to a specific angle and be installed on a Saturday from 3pm to 5pm. We are truly grateful for Cynthia to coordinate this with her dedicated team of contractors. Jeraldine and Phillip were both extremely helpful during the whole process. It's really a life saviour to have them as our IDs especially for first time home owners like us where we are pretty much clueless on getting the renovation going. Super responsive in answering our queries and gave good solid advices. The best thing about them is the fact that they are not the typical IDs where they do tons of hard selling (which is SUPER common btw) - they actually helped to recommend the best solutions for us while keeping in mind of our budget. We can't emphasise enough how important (and rare) it is to have IDs who actually think for the owners instead of their own pockets only. 10/10!!!

After few rounds of discussion with Sylvia (at IMM branch), we decided on having Sylvia as our ID. Sylvia's concept/ design understanding was in line with ours and we were very comfortable in the exchange of ideas during the initial few meetings. Most importantly, her quotation was very detailed and coverage was very complete, as compared with other IDs we narrowed down to. During renovation, Sylvia’s coordination of her teams was very good. We need not worry about documentation/ permit applications, etc. Modifications and rectifications are bound to happen, yet Sylvia, with her team, worked together to resolve promptly. Sylvia also helped control our renovation budget, giving us adequate advice; also flexible in collaborating with some of our preferred vendors (eg smart switch vendor, glass door vendor, etc) and her coordination/ collaboration with them was very good. Throughout the entire project, Sylvia's response was very prompt, discussing via whatsapp/call even during weekends. Despite Covid conditions the renovation was completed on time. Kudos to Sylvia’s efforts! Professional, patient and responsible young lady ID. Highly recommended.

It was a blessing to chance upon Cythnia at IMM. Due to delays caused by the pandemic, the keys to our new flat at Margaret Drive were delayed and only collected in end-Sept 2021. While waiting for the keys, we were advised to get a few quotes from IDs for comparison and decided to engage Cythnia. We found her approachable, pleasant, and the quotation reasonable. We met up several times to discuss design, layout and colour themes, and Cythnia understood our impatience to get things done asap. Even though we make changes after changes, she would listen patiently and amend the design to our satisfaction. She was quick to book/arrange contractors and was present at the site for the whole process. Any time day or night, she would respond to our whatsapp and also update us. As we are seniors, we were very worried about the stress and frustration we might face after hearing others complaining about IDs and poor reno work done. We get to know Posh Living through a event for house renovation before Covid-19 and was thankful that we had kept Jeraldine's namecard. Therefore, after the engaging Philip and Jeraldine, I could feel the great positive differences in experienced during the renovation for my existing property now. We found Posh before CB. After which we were so overwhelmed that very day, we skipped every other vendors and went on home. Only a week later did we start looking for IDs again. We approached a few we found on Facebook, Instagram and even ones recommended by family. Over the course of the next 2 weeks, Jeraldine and Philip from Posh made the effort to follow up with us. The others either tried to chat with us via phone or text but Jeraldine went ahead and asked us to set a time thats available to us for a Zoom meeting. That tells us, she's abreast of current trend and climate. Granted the others followed suit eventually. They have helped us with setting our expectations within reason and not to be wasteful. There were cheaper alternatives with other IDs but we did not consider them for our own reasons. Philip and Jeraldine both made the renovation journey as painless as possible although there were hiccups along the way, its circumstances that dictated it to Covid-19 measures. The major part of the renovation was the kitchen whereby I wanted a modern Scandinavian concept with an open kitchen with a breakfast bar, meaning I requested a flush look from my kitchen to my living room. I also installed vinyl flooring for the first time for whole house and I really appreciate that he tried to share and explain to me on the several types of vinyl flooring and their qualities and which one would best fit my kitchen area especially. Throughout the whole process of color schemes selection for cabinetry, vinyl, floorings for toilets and the colors to choose for whole house, my ID, Edward Kwan was very patient and he would suggest the color schemes which matched selected interior concept. When he showed me the 3D model, I was delighted as he managed to visualize and make good use of my kitchen’s space thus leaving it looking more spacious. When I saw the final product, I was even more delighted. I requested for minor touch-ups and Edward was more than happy to attend to my requests. All in all, Edward was professional, his ideas were modern and creative. He was patient, always with a smile on his face, even though most of the time we wore masks, I can see that he is a sincere person. I only have positive remarks on him and truly glad that I engaged him as my ID.
